FIXE is pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the world.

Shipping Destinations
FIXE currently ships to selected international destinations. Available shipping countries and regions may change without prior notice depending on carrier availability, customs regulations, and local restrictions.
If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During limited releases, collaboration drops, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
Customs Duties and Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
FIXE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Oceania: 5–14 business days
- Other regions: 7–21 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If an order is returned to FIXE due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant supporting information so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
